The details and abstracts of the January 12th and 13th conference at Dhaka Community Hospital will soon be on their website and copied here

The second from January 14th - 16th was organized by the government of Bangladesh and opened by the Prime Minister.  Details will be psoted as they arrive in electronic form.  You are invited to comment on the recommendations by  the participants.
