This photograph was taken in January 1992 at the University of Belarus in Minsk, Belarus, at the first meeting of the International Advisory Committee of the Sakharov College of Radioecology (now the International Sakharov Environmental University).

It was taken by Dr Stansislaw Suskevich, then Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of Belarus and head of state, with my camera.
